Dear Newport Team, We were for years a happy customer. Unfortnately with our last order we were informed that the lead time of production is 6-8 weeks. Our order was placed in November and is still not processed. After several emails and conversations with customer service I still in the second week of Janaury do not know when we will receive our order (or when it is produced).

Had to cancel my order.

Had to cancel my order. Placed order, waited weeks, couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone, finally got them to answer just to be put on hold for an hour, then told that they are 3 weeks behind on fulfillment and to call back in a week or two to see if they can expedite. Then they said they haven’t even got to the month I ordered in. So they were more like 6-8 weeks behind on fulfillment. Had to cancel order. Watch out for this company’s sister companies. Placed an order at a different company as well, same issue. Found out these guys own them and operate under a different name. I understand the nature of the world today and everyone is behind, but honesty and transparency are key right now. Not lying and trying to fumble around information misleading customers.
