Had to cancel my order. Placed order, waited weeks, couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone, finally got them to answer just to be put on hold for an hour, then told that they are 3 weeks behind on fulfillment and to call back in a week or two to see if they can expedite. Then they said they haven’t even got to the month I ordered in. So they were more like 6-8 weeks behind on fulfillment. Had to cancel order. Watch out for this company’s sister companies. Placed an order at a different company as well, same issue. Found out these guys own them and operate under a different name. I understand the nature of the world today and everyone is behind, but honesty and transparency are key right now. Not lying and trying to fumble around information misleading customers.
