I have been purchasing the organic snow cone syrup for several years, but this last order all flavor syrups didn’t have the same thick consistency and they were rather thin and watery.

Shipping date is always unpredictable and we never know when our items are on the way

My order was a gift for a friend and it ended up not even being in the system. The customer service rep was very helpful and I just got my order. 10 days after her birthday though.

I LOVE all your products, they are the best! However, this year the wait times on orders is ridiculous. It shouldn't take over a month to process and ship orders. I don't understand and have been looking elsewhere for what I need until your turn around times get better.

We are a Coffee Roaster that uses 100's of pounds of coffee flavorings per month and I found it ridiculous that you would need to pay for samples. We provide samples free of charge when selling coffee..it's part of the cost of doing business. I almost did not get your samples..and I'm sure others have decided not to get your samples and therefor you lose their potential business. In regards to product quality, we flavored the beans yesterday and they do smell quite good. The taste will be the final factor which we will test today.
