Ordered 10lbs of floss sugar two weeks before my event. There was nothing indicating the orders had a 10-20 day lead time before it was even made. Did not receive my order before the event and now stuck with 10lbs of sugar I cannot sell. On top of all that, when spun it tasted like feet. Will not use this company again

Couldn't tell you. Can't get the cork out. What now???????

Did not turn my food red, and the initial response was to issue a credit and not a refund

I was looking for 100% watermelon powder and was very disappointed by the product, it tasted and smelled very artificial and had dextrose as a main ingredient instead of 100% watermelon.

I waited a really long time for the flavoring to arrive. When I tasted it I realized that it has some off flavors, maybe from the oil? I'm not really sure but it doesn't taste good in my recipe and I'm going to go back to my old non-organic flavoring.
