Not good! Took a month to ship. Product quality unknown.

Extremely slow shipping. It says “normal” is 1-3 days and “extended” is 7-10, but they are taking 21+ days before they even ship. Very difficult to plan when processing is so long and inaccurate.

where are the COAs and why is this terrible to get an organic and kosher cert? getting information from anyone except John is a literal nightmare. I'd rather take a 25hr flight in economy seating than talk to your daft admins

Things get delayed, that happens. Things get lost in the mail, that happens. When the line of communication about an order just stops it gets really frustrating.
