I will never purchase again.

I have not received my snow cone order

smells awful like it went bad and they won’t respond to my messages

I got the Strawberry lip oil and it didn’t smell like strawberry, I reached out to customer service they said send us a pic of the lot #, so I did then they said the pic didn’t come through so I just emailed them the number and nothing! It’s been a week and I haven’t heard nothing! I’m taking my business elsewhere.
