Nature's Flavors

I ordered Raspberry Flavor Oil for Chocolate. All of the other flavors that I ordered were really strong and I only had to use 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of oil to flavor my 5 pound batches of fudge. I had to use 7 and 1/2 teaspoons of Raspberry oil to flavor 5 pounds of fudge. Still the flavor is not quite strong enough.

I asked for help to return my Tamarindo oil as it was rancid and yet to receive any direction or feedback.

Haven't had the opportunity to use it yet

You can taste the hot cinnamon but there is also some other taste. I would describe it as what wood would taste like. Sorry.
