You guys have gotta figure out your production time.

Shipping and "Business time" isn't good at all. You're selling a product to Customers who want to go through your business, but you take forever to process, create and ship the items.

Communication was poor and delivery took way too long. Product was just ok too. I have found much better sources for the flavor I was looking for.

Takes FOREVER to get product made and shipped. A big chunk of our order was lost in transit and they would not reimburse any more than $100 since this is the basic insurance from UPS. Insane!

Not good! Took a month to ship. Product quality unknown.
