The products are excellent. However, I was not notified about the delay until I asked for an update. Only then was it explained to me that there had been an issue. After that, everything went smoothly. I will definitely return. "

Ordered two small (2 ounce - sample size) bottles of flavor on 12/9, and paid for overnight shipping. I did not receive until 12/24 (they were not shipped by the company until 12/23). So, 15 days to receive them! The product seems okay, but they need to fix their fulfillment time issues!

Took a lot longer to receive product than initially estimated.

I ordered Raspberry Flavor Oil for Chocolate. All of the other flavors that I ordered were really strong and I only had to use 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of oil to flavor my 5 pound batches of fudge. I had to use 7 and 1/2 teaspoons of Raspberry oil to flavor 5 pounds of fudge. Still the flavor is not quite strong enough.

I asked for help to return my Tamarindo oil as it was rancid and yet to receive any direction or feedback.
