There is an error in your website, (?). I have not shopped with you online for many months. I shop at my local store in Malvern, in Melbourne. The Manager is very attentive and keeps the store in good order; great attitude. I would like to see the Sydney base giving more support to Malvern so we can order from there instead of via Sydney.

Shipping was fast. Parcel came with two boxes. Could’ve probably just been shipped in one.

I like their range of foods. Pretty slow to ship but products eventually come. I have gotten the wrong thing before but they have rectified it. Sometimes they are out of stock of items online for weeks at a time.

I prefer to shop instore where help is always available in a lovely environment.
