Shipping and packaging was excellent, arrived before expected date.

Incredibly speedy delivery. So much so that on one of my orders I contacted Masons to see if they could delay the dispatch so it would arrive more timely for my friends birthday. This was done without question & very helpful assistant. Perhaps the ordering process could include a date option (a bit like when you order flowers)? Otherwise brilliant in every respect.
