I absolutely love these bars. I believe the MCT oil and proper macros have helped me lose 3 belt sizes!! I even had to make new holes!! Granted, this is not the only nutritional change that I've made, but it has been pivotal in keeping my insulin, level. I eat these around 10am since I don't have breakfast, and has significantly helped burn fat. The peanut butter version is much softer and less chewy than the original chocolate chip. I absolutely love how there's no fake sugar, EVEN IN THE CACAO NIBS!!! I love how these bars embrace my diet journey of: eat for nutritional benefits; cacao nibs are much healthier than choco chips.
