Extremely hard to just eat one. Thankfully you can have 2 (per recommendation). I purchased these as a gift for my sister. She was pumping off and on due to NICU complications. Now she needed to up her output from .5oz to 3oz. She was able to pump 4oz after eating the cookies. So happy we found something that could help her.
