Less saturated fats in Vegan entrees
Good morning, I recently looked closer at the ingredients and noted coconut milk in some of your meals. The two dietitians I work with don't recommend coconut milk because of the saturated fats. Would you consider making some of the meals without it, such as the lentil soup, Lental Dal and Chickpea Curry? Also, I remove the inner plastic lining and recycle your boxes, thanks for this opportunity to be environmental. The white boxes, however, are not as easy as the brown to remove or even vent.
