Great customer service. Will order from them again.

One of the few company’s now a days that truly stands behind their product and provides outstanding customer service! I love their selection on their website and they have quality of syrups! Shipping is always fast and packaged very secure to prevent items from being damaged.

Unfortunately FedEx lost my package, after battling them, I reached back out to monin and received an extremely prompt reply stating they would send out a replacement to me, free of charge which is very kind. I have not received it just yet but am looking forward to updating my review when I can although I'm sure it'll just be changing words and not stars.

I had an excellent interaction with customer service. They were able to meet my needs quickly and without issue. Flavors are delicious and bold!

I love the purées however now that an economic war has been waged against my country I can’t and won’t buy products made in the USA. Perhaps if the purées were made in Canada or manufactured anywhere but the USA I would be able to continue to support the brand. Many Canadians are disappointed we won’t be buying American for the foreseeable future.
