The shipping is always quick. The customer service answered my order question in less than a day. Plus, their products are juste amazing! I would recommend any of their coffee syrups and a lot of their fruit syrups are very useful in making cocktails.

Items arrived intact, within best by date, shipped fast and free because i can never just buy one. My favorite flavors so far are Pistachio, Banana, Mandarin and Vanilla... But I have a bunch more at home that I haven't tried yet. The only flavor, so far, that is a bust is UBE. It is gross and tastes like chemicals. You're better off making your own or buying the taro powders. That being said, so far MONIN is the top flavored syrup company I have found. The other companies don't give us the strong flavors/sweetness/quality ratio that Monin does!
