Had lost the cap for the Chocolate Sauce and contacted support to see if I could get a replacement cap. Not only was the reply fast, but a replacement bottle of sauce was sent to me—not just a cap, but an entire new bottle. WOW. That’s what I call exceptional. Great service and great products!
