I recently contacted the Moccamaster team to troubleshoot my coffee pot that had stopped brewing. All lights on. . . but no brewing action. The team was on it and emailed a free return shipping label with instructions to return the coffee pot for repair. Repair was super speedy and my coffee pot is back and working perfectly.
