I always the gray 10 cup Moccamaster, but I had already purchased the smaller carafe model. Then I saw you had a refurbished 10 cup. Sadly, it wasn’t gray, but it was such a great deal. I had to get it. I just got home from a trip today and my house sitter used my old smaller craft model and loved it so much that I gave it to her and kept the 10 cup refurbished machine for myself. You’ve got two happy clients.
