Terrific support and follow through

Very fast shipping of all items to replace those damaged over years of using the very best coffeemaker.

Very good

Great product! Consistent coffee…Never burned or bitter. Grind is important, don’t expect to buy Folgers ground coffee off the shelf and get a great cup, it is too fine. Buy a grinder or opt for a coarser medium grind and you will not be disappointed.

You guys were able to price match some deals i found on amazon even tho i had already made the purchase, very happy with this level of service
