This replaced a 12 yy old basket that began to drip when carafe is removed. New basket much sturdier than old. Simone online order process.

It seems perfect, keeping just-brewed coffee hot, then warm . . . perfect fitting inserts, couldn't ask for more, except the previous thermal carafe was just as good but only lasted two years.

Fast response to my request for a basket repair part. Emailed customer service on Friday and got a response on Monday morning . . two days later shipping for the part was confirmed. !!
