This was a gift for a friend who just traveled to Japan. It took almost one month to arrive and well past the expected delivery date. I was so embarrassed that it took so long to arrive.

Probably not your fault but what I got was shit

I specifically chose a one-time gift. You automatically set up a recurring charge, and told me I selected it. Lying and cheating will not win me as a fan of you or your product. And making me fill this out AGAIN, in another site, pisses me off even more.

Received same box multiple times for 12 month package purchased as a gift. Customer service replaced first one but has been nonresponsive since.
