I was pleased at how quickly the box arrived and how nicely it was packaged. I just added a bow and didn’t need to wrap it. It was borderline too expensive. Of the 16 snacks in my box, 15 had sugar as an ingredient. I would like to see a few without sugar. Otherwise, it was a nice treat for friends.

I won't use much flowery language, since it's very much literally on the box: the variation of snacks are fun, even to someone picky with flavors and textures such as myself. Occasionally the boxes will be special for the season they arrive in, which is a delight. They are always packaged with care so the items inside are clean and undamaged. Though they always arrive approx. 1 month after they are due, I don't mind given they always arrive in good condition and the snacks themselves have future expiration dates. I only don't give it 5/5 because of my own pickiness; I always end up giving away 2-4 snacks per box to friends since they aren't to my taste. It's otherwise been a fun experience, bringing a genuine smile to my face when the box finally arrives. Though the price shot up for the upcoming 2026 year due to international shipping issues, I will be keeping a close eye on pricing and am very likely to resubscribe again in the future if cost starts looking a little more affordable for me. This was genuinely such an enjoyable year, thank you for all of your hard work!

Every box I received I loved, all the snacks are very well packaged. The book that gives you a description of all the snacks are fun to read and learn about. Each order is different, giving me fun new snacks to try each month. Shipping can be a little slow at times, but never had a box that was wet or busted. The service bokksu provides is amazing, currently working through a small shipping issue but confident they will help fix the small issue. Thank you bokksu for providing us with snacks and history.

I love the snacks and shipping and customer service! They are so helpful. However, they have been changing over to a new website and it was a bit challenging. Customer service was so helpful though!
