Miyoko's Creamery

Since Miyoko's Creamery doesn't do direct sales to consumers, I haven't been able to access much of their product. Offerings in the stores are mostly cream cheese, mozzarella, and the vegan butter. I miss all the wonderful and delicious offerings I used to enjoy.

We love your products and wish more were available in our small, rural, town. The only reason I have you a Terrible rating has to do with the unsatisfactory experience I had responding to the email asking me to take a survey, in return for receiving a coupon for some free liquid mozzerella cheese. The first time I took the survey there were problems with it and the second time I received confusing information about whether or how I will receive a coupon. I am expecting that this was all a ruse and I will not be receiving a coupon.

Nothing good for the consumer comes from private equity. And this is the same with Miyokos, a profit-driven company that has gutted everything that made it unique and delicious. Sadly there in trouble, making plant based cheese even harder to come by in the marketplace. For example, after asking us consumers to fill out a quiz, they failed to give us the coupons they promised. They can't afford too. . . way to alienate your consumer base even further.

This company labels non organic ingredients as an organic product, Natural Flavors, a known carcinogen, while claiming their version is "only" a few ingredients that is not disclosed. If their ingredient claims were actually true, they would write them out on the container, not group them as a carcinogen.

Would not buy this ever again.
