Used to be transparent and wholesome

I’m very disappointed that Miyoko’s - my family’s favorite vegan butter - has decided to add “natural flavors” to their butter. All these years, we have enjoyed the vegan butter with fully transparent, wholesome ingredients. Now, for reasons that can only be explained by cost-cutting, Miyoko’s has added “proprietary” natural flavors. Disappointed. You all have lost my business and that of my family and friends.

Miyokos was unique. Your biggest

Miyokos was unique. Your biggest mistake taking the amasing artisan cheese wheels into a cheap spread that I now no longer buy. You ruined the taste and more importantly you ruined the Texture. Same with the mozzarella wheel that you turned into a tasteless block of rubber. Your company won't last long with your terrible changes to a once one of a kind product. Sad.

Butter

Butter was rock hard. Left it out for just a little while. It had begun to melt. Put it in freezer to firm up then kept in the refrigerator. It never got soft without putting it in the microwave. Do not recommend. The flavor was good though.

Saying no to natural flavors

I had purchased the vegan butter for many years and absolutely loved it. Much better than dairy butter and delicious. . until they decided to add “natural flavors. ” More and more of their products are becoming contaminated with this toxic ingredient since the company was sold. I no longer feel like they are concerned with the health of their consumers at all. Very sad.

Not the best customer service

The customer service experience was less than to be desired. After submitting an issue of mold for one product, the response was not personable or very understanding. I let that roll off, but then after having it happen a week later for the same product and calling this out, I got the same generic, we'll send it off to quality. . . went you coupons. . . . bye type message. It was definitely already an off-putting experiencing opening 2 moldy containers 1-2weeks apart, but then to be generically replied to really leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the brand. And we were very loyal, long time customers. Just very disappointed in how the brand showed up in their "customer service" correspondence.
