Honestly, I started out not plant based. I was searching for a non-dairy product due to high cholesterol. I found great reviews on Miyoko's so I tried it. Best butter I have ever had! I now use several packages a week (on food, in baking, etc). This butter is truly great tasting (better than dairy butter). And now family members that have had it at my place are now buying it. Can't wait to try the cream cheese alternative this week. Thanks Miyoko's!! P.S. found our this week that customer service at Miyoko's is as amazing as the product.

These products are great…they keep phasing out my favorites, but this is still 100% a best-in-class brand
