My experience with this company has improved over the years with better quality website and ease of use. I enjoy this product at the end of the day mixed with a vitamin C combo, fresh squeezed ginger, lemon/lime and coconut water. One packet is perfect amount for relaxation before dinner and while reading, working, socializing, etc.
