We love these, and order them all the time. However, there are occasional quality control issues - torn packages, missing spice packs, torn spice packets - roughly 1 in 30ish have some issue along these lines.

It was USPS's fault the shipping took 4 days longer than expected, BUT- while your ramen tastes great, it's 4 times the size of average ramen due to portion size. Was willing to pay more for organic, but not willing to suffer half the average portion size.
