Speedy and well packaged

MeiMei Fine Teas is a wonderful tea shop that provides spectacular quality teas at very fair and competitive prices. My wife and I are avid tea drinkers and have been for a long time. We are not local to their physical location but have purchased and had them shipped for a few years. We've tried the award-winning Imperial Keemun, the Tong Mu Guan Lapsang (unsmoked), several Dan Cong varietals, multiple Chinese greens, and the offhand yellow and black (red) that takes our fancy. Every single one was high quality. They always come in pristine condition, packed to weight erring on the side of generosity from MeiMei, and looking quite attractive (packaging wise). Instructions are clear but the teas take well to personal preference in our experience; loose tea bagging/packaging reseals well and preserves your goods. The customer service is top notch and turnaround time is fast. They also have a loyalty program which rewards you; not required given the superb quality of the product but an extra kindness and nod to their customer-focused approach. We've come back many times and plan to continue for the foreseeable future :) Thank you MeiMei - what a gem you are to us!

Very fast service. The tea came packaged in very beautiful paper covered with authenticating seals. The tea was smooth and dark.
