I ordered samples a week ago and just received. The production date was Nov 2022, and the expiry date was Nov. 2025. Emailed customer services with pics and I was told these teas were not considered expired and refused to process the refund. I was told the refund will be processed until I return the teas and I have to pay the shipping fee. I really don’t recommend you purchase teas on this website.

Never received my order!!!! Why!!

Ordered on Feb 12, and still haven't gotten the tea - tracking says it is still on its way, supposed to arrive Feb 19. . . and it's Feb 28. Sad face. . . . . .

Horrible. Never really experienced anything like this before. I always assumed it was a no brainer that a company would immediately make things right if the customer doesn’t receive their product. Never in my life have I heard of a company telling the customer to go to the post office and figure it out themselves. How can you expect to keep customers this way? I could have been one of your best customers and I have the receipts from other stores to prove it. You really blew it.
