I don't normally drink dark roasts, but I enjoy these any day. I think they taste best from a drip or pour over. French press seems to have too much contact time for my preference, but then again it's a bold roast and a bold experience. Surprisingly smooth for how dark the roast is.

Worked as advertised 😀 the low acid -high pH- and decaf still had good flavor We have been on vacation so could not avail myself of your coffee but back to work next week and will be having it every day to test any impact on acid and zleepinh
