Matt email me to tell me that there was an issue with supply with one of the sauces I had ordered. The options he gave were I could choose another or get a refund. I choose another sauce and the next day it was on the way to me . Thanks for great service

Accidentally got a duplicate sauce apart of Heatpak. Immediately had the missing sauce shipped out and let us keep the duplicate free of charge. Awesome service!
