Just used this for the first time on a brisket and my family loved the flavor it gave

Have been buying in rubs grocery store for a while but kept running out. Finally went online for pitmaster sizes. Still great rubs. The customer service is ABOVE excellent. I live close to them but have no way of getting there to pick up before they close. The person I was chatting with offered to stay an hour past closing so I could pick up. Unfortunately for me there was no way I could get there so I had it all shipped. But who else offers to stay after closing like that?? Nobody I know of. . . Customer for life here.
