The bellies were still frozen and in great condition. Very nice quality with even fat to meat ratio. Will make great bacon. I took off the skin to make pork rinds. Glad to know where to get quality pork with no hormones or added pollutants.

They Sakura pork chops may have been the best that I have ever eaten! They were juicy and flavorful and really well packaged. The service from market house was flawless and has since become my “go to” meat supplier for my family. Excellent product and fantastic experience- highly recommend!
