Market House

I rarely leave reviews - I didn't review my first Market House brisket- but after the 2nd one being just as good as the first I decided to leave a review. I've smoked briskets for years and have ordered from most of the places - Market Houses brisket is my personal favorite. They're excellent quality - trimmed ready to season and smoke - not to mention my last one was 10lbs when advertised as 7-9 lbs. I've tried the higher grade American Wagyu briskets from other places and found them too fatty - these are perfect imo. I plan to continue to order my briskets from Market House as long as they're available.

The pork belly that you sent was well packaged. I couldn't wait the get the slab under cure and refrigerated. 7 days later, I tasted a sample. The flavor was wonderful. Fully salty and porky. When I smoked it, the smell of it was intoxicating, After smoking and chilling, I baked a sliced pound until crispy. My family said it was the best bacon ever. I agreed wholeheartedly.
