Customer service was fantastic dealing with my issue when my order was failing to go through.

Fabulous range of alcohol free “spirits”. The website has an inspiring selection of drink suggestion. Ordering is a breeze and a minor issue was handled swiftly. Such a pity most bars and licensed restaurants are not smart enough to realise how much money they are missing out on my not making the Lyres range available to their patrons.

Having discovered Lyre's gin a while ago, this is now my favourite non-alcoholic tipple - especially nice in the summer months. The standard gin is lovely, but I also tried the pink gin this time too. It has a slightly fruity flavour and I find I am enjoying both. I top it off with my favourite tonic water, a slice of ice and plenty of ice - highly recommended.

Shipping took a while but it’s a busy time of year so arriving just before Christmas was good. I think that emails from Lyre are more than I want so less is better.

I adore Lyre’s. I can make so many beautiful drinks with their products.
