Very pleased with service and products received. Very special touch by including a free sample product to try. It was a nice surprise and I liked it so much that I will be ordering more. Also there is a good variety of products which you can't buy just anywhere. Pleasantly surprised.

The only annoyance is sometimes things are not available; but I guess that happens with the best stores. Customer service is great. The selection is great. And the delivery time is great.
