Lack of customer service and issues not resolved or responded to. :-(

Very skimpy portions. The Lobster Kit did not appear to have 2pounds of Lobster meat. Very disappointing.

Get some other way of delivery or Lobsters are going to arrive dead. UPS not good way.

I order quite often Maine lobsters. This is the first time I’ve used your company. I will try it again, but I was disappointed by the two lobsters that were bad.
