On my last purchase I was informed credit cards aren't an acceptable form of payment and that change may be permanent

I never received my order. Been over two months now. Mark Towers

Arrived 3 weeks late, the Package was damaged, contents were missing, and customer service refused to respond to multiple emails. Currently in dispute with credit card for a chargeback.

I emailed them that I have not received my order and of course NO RESPONSE. Would you consider this stealing?
