LEANER CREAMER

The product is excellent, the shipping takes quite a long time to arrive. Still have not got my shipment.

Still have not received my order!!

Since October 22nd, I have been waiting for my order. On Thursday I finally received the order. However in between these months, I have been in direct contact with Natasha and other customer service people on Instagram and was told several different things. First I was told that my order was not found, then I was told that shipping was backed up, and then I was told that caramel was out of stock. In between this entire time Natasha emailed with me (as I was told to by the customer service on Instagram) and Natasha said she would make sure my order was sent out the next day. However, I asked Natasha if she could replace the birthday cake creamer with Hazelnut as I had to purchase the birthday cake off amazon because I ran out since my first order never came. Natasha said okay and that she would throw in a free mocha creamer as well for the inconvenience. The order she shipped me was completely incorrect. It was a hazelnut with a birthday cake creamer. There was no caramel or free mocha. I emailed Natasha who said “Oh I am sorry-it must have been done wrong on some end.” However nothing was ever reshipped even though I asked Natasha to please honor the order she said would come to me. Then, I contact customer service again to tell of the issue and they told me that they would honor what Natasha said (hazelnut instead of birthday cake and a free mocha with the caramel I ordered). What I received in the mail on Thursday was ANOTHER birthday cake creamer and a caramel creamer. Again, no hazelnut or mocha. On top of this, John (owner of Leaner Creamer) called my phone number because he wanted to “resolve the issue.” I called back and his voicemail is full. He has never called back. That was two weeks now. Never in my life have I dealt with such poor customer service. I will never purchase again. And I also have never posted a review like this but I felt the need as this experience was horrible.

Hi, I have used your creamer since last summer when my sister-in-law had me try some and now I am hooked. The products have come timely and always the same quality. I am very happy with your creamer.
