I specially requested not to deliver between 1 and 5 pm and I got the delivery at arrownd 4 so the meat stayed out all delivery time and 1h in the counter of my reception

Good quality meet, but service is falling behind. I requested the big pieces to be cut in smaller parts, that was never done. Also, the delivery guy did not really want to make an effort to deliver at the final address, asked me to collect it at reception, which I could not do due specific circumstances

I usually order from here but meat was very tough this time . .

Received lower grade instead of 3+
