I wish I could say I am at a loss for words for how outstanding the goods are of the Krumville Bake Shop, but I am not. And the same is true of the owner/baker of the Shop, Antonella. Gluten-free baking has come a long way in ten years, and it is largely due to Krumville Bake Shop and its Baker, Antonella. To bite into her breads, cookies, croutons is an “ahhhh” moment; after eating gluten-free food that has the taste of sawdust or sand for so many years, it brings tears of joy. I’ve found my happy place in her Shop. Living far from New York, in rural Wyoming, Antonella took the time to find a way to ship my order to me. Impeccable!
