Shipping is always really fast and everything is always well packaged. I’ve never had an issue with my orders, except for one time when an incorrect item was sent. However, as soon as I contacted the company, they not only sent me the correct item, but allowed me to keep the incorrect items. it’s a great company and thank you so much for providing a great product

Shipping was fine. Arrived in a normal frame of time. If I was needng this more often I would hope shipping would speed up. Needs to come in a child friendly option with a straw and hole. When I packed it in my daughters lunch I had fo include a straw from home. But I purchased this with the hopes that my special needs son could use it but it’s not going to work without modifications.
