Have never had any issues with changing the frequency of my delivery, and ever since discovering kicking horse coffee beans, I have legitimately never purchased another brand because the flavor and richness is just awesome.

My overall experience with KHC has been perfect. Never had a need for customer service. My orders come correct and timely. Kick Ass, Grizzly Claw, and 454 are my favorites (I prefer dark roast). And the decaf is amazing as well.
