We received a bag of coffee that was not up to Kicking Horse standards. When we told them about it, we were sent new bags of coffee and a mug. The new coffee was excellent. Thanks for the great coffee and the amazing customer service.

Frustrated with finding a reliable 3rd party source for our favorite Grizzly Claw, I'm happy to find it direct from the source AND at a very reasonable, competetive price. The shipment arrived quickly. I'll definitely be re-ordering. Grizzly Claw has ruined us for any other dark roast coffee at any price.
