Hello, I am very disappointed with your costomer service. I purchased 20 coffees from you to sell on Amazon. 2 times I requested an invoice from you to submit to Amazon for approval to sell the coffee, I have yet to receive a confirmation of my email. Your website advised I cannot return the coffee so I will be out $215. I was expecting a response to my inquires. Can someone please get back to me...Thank You
