Tastes horrible.

I’ve been a subscriber for a while, ordering two boxes each time—one Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn and one White Cheddar. Unfortunately, the latest Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn is completely different. It arrived without the usual sweet glaze and tastes almost exactly like the White Cheddar flavor. It’s honestly pretty disgusting and nothing like what I’ve come to expect. I reached out to customer service about the apparent recipe change, but no one ever responded. This is the second issue I’ve had with this company, and it’s clear they either don’t want to admit to changing the recipe or simply don’t care about their customers. Because of this poor quality and lack of response, I’m canceling both subscriptions and will not be doing business with them again. And guess when I did that they just closed out my ticket no response. 🙄 Very disappointed.
