Shipping was quick - popcorn was stale though

The white cheddar is just ok. Definitely something I wouldn’t crave.

Unfortunately the quality is inconsistent I used to buy this popcorn when it first came out at my local Target and I will always receive a batch number that ended in the letter A. That popcorn was perfect and I would literally buy two bags a day from my local target. Then one time I came across some popcorn and it didn't have any protein powder on it so I thought it was a fluke and bought another bag and that didn't have protein powder on it either so I started comparing the lot numbers and noticed that the kind that was perfect had a lot number that ended in an A and the time without the protein powder had a lot number that ended in an E. So after purchasing multiple bags of the popcorn that ended in an e I noticed the trend and reached out to the company just to give him my heads up I didn't ask for a refund or anything like that. And they were so responsive and they were so kind and they went out of their way to send me additional bags for free of the flavor I loved and a couple bags of their other flavors to cheddar and the sweet salty. I wish the bags of olive oil and sea salt that they sent me were good and I could give this five stars but I just can't and hopefully this review will just help them figure out what's going on in the factory to make a consistent product. The bags I received one batch or lot ended in a letter A and the popcorn was stale but it did have protein powder on it and it did have a decent amount of salt. But again the popcorn was stale it didn't crunch or anything like it was chewy and with chew down to a hard piece of popcorn because you couldn't chew it to completeness because you couldn't chew through it it was stale. But it was obviously not the same Lot number as the lot number that ended with an a that I used to get at Target that was perfect. Then they sent me a couple of bags with Lot number PTO 18125 in the olive oil and sea salt flavor and that popcorn was fresh but it didn't have any protein powder and it had an extreme amount of salt. The only reason why I know that complete Lot number is because I still have a bag here that I just can't eat because it's extremely salty. So while I want to give the olive oil and sea salt five stars because it's my absolute favorite I just can't but again this doesn't have to be looked at as negative it could be looked at as data and how to fix it and just quality test these batches before they hit stores or before they're being sent out literally quality test. Get a couple people in there from the public to actually chew the popcorn eat the popcorn and not right after it's made and it's fresh like give him the bags you would send anyone else just give him a bag now and have them try it and just see what their thoughts are. And maybe they're already doing that but I'm I'm okay. It was good while it lasted that's all I can say
