overall happy with the purchase. This is the best ice cream I've had but it is expensive. Shipping also did take about 4 days from time of order, so i will probably just pick up in a shop in the future.

My order came late because the delivery people didn’t send it on the date they were supposed to do it came completely melted. I called customer support and they answered pretty quickly and immediately resent my order. I got it pretty quickly and still frozen so I’m pretty happy with the results

Packaging and shipping surpassed all expectations!! Arrived rock hard in California on a blazing day. Thawed in freezer per instructions, then 10-15 seconds in microwave to soften for easy scooping. No ice crystals formed over the following 7-10 days in freezer. Price is too high to order often, but I plan to try all the flavors in turn for special occasions in the future. Jeni gets 5 gold stars!!
