I want to say this, because I see a lot of reviews that say, "Oh, it wasn't frozen," or "Oh, the taste was off because it had melted and then been re-frozen." Okay, I live in Phoenix, Arizona. I have ordered Jeni's many times in the dead of summer. The box has sat outside my door. Every pint has always been perfectly frozen. The ice cream pints and dry ice are packed perfectly. The quality of the packaging and shipping is first class all the way. The ice cream is always perfect. Just wanted you to know.

Shipping from Ohio to Arlington VA was exceptional!!! All 3 shipments were on time and enjoyed until the last spoonful.
