Seamless delivery, kept in the box until event (5 hours or so) and still frozen solid. I would suggest double checking the time on your delivery notification. . . email received the next day. . . very minor issue.

I can rely on Jeni’s so much that I order gifts for others and know I don’t have to check up on the order- it will be done! And if something stops Jeni’s you’re their first call to sort it out!
