The offered discount code was not aplied as promised

I was expecting blanched almond butter with out the lectin skins. When you advertise it as naked almond butter. was disappointed. and did not care for the maca cinnamon flavor. on the other. One the almond butter did Taste good but again disappointed that it wasn’t blanched and peeled.

I love your products but nearly half of my most recent order was on backorder so not delivered. I have had no updates about the out of stock product. I am not pleased.

I love Jem nut butters and have ordered them regularly for my family and friends for many years. I was disappointed to discover that their ordering system didn't indicate a backorder on one flavor at the holidays. I would have preferred a prompt email to the paper letter that was included in the box. As directed, I emailed my preference about the backordered items, but I have not received a reply.
