I have always been more than happy with the flavor and taste of the various products as they are consistently of great quality. A recent delivery of products arrived in very bad condition due to mishandling by the carrier. I contacted Jacques Torres about the damaged boxes prior to opening with pictures thereof. Jacques Torres was very accommodating in offering to replace all damaged product. Fortunately, all products were OK due to careful packing by Jacques Torres team. I was surprised there was no damage and happy I did not have to wait for replacements as some items were gifts. Not just quality products but a high quality chocolate maker.
